- Client will follow a progressive overload schedule.

- Required to do the following check-ins:
- Weekly touch base check-ins via text/email
- Detailed check-in every 4-6 weeks
- Weight/measurements reported every 4-6 weeks
- Coach T will assess client's progress every 4-6 weeks
- Coach T will distribute a full training program to include detailed strength training AND cardio to be completed by the client on a weekly basis.
