Happy New Year!
 
I hope you are doing well.  I have a few programs launching in 2023 that I am excited about. I am looking to help busy professional women who are looking to drop body fat, build muscle, and/or implement sustainable nutrition habits to fit their lifestyle and schedules. I am eager to continue my in-person training program, in addition to a virtual and hybrid program.  This program will help sculpt the body that you want and provide a community of women with common interests.
 
Training programs will focus on progressive overload. Progressive overload training involves gradually increasing the intensity or difficulty of workouts over time. It can promote the development of muscle mass and strength. However, attempting to build muscle too quickly can cause injury and burnout. This is why it is important to have guidance from me for this program. I can only accept serious clients for these programs!!!  
 
Please see the program descriptions below and let me know which program is the right program for you so that we can get started working towards your 2023 wellness goals. Once you reply, I will send your 2023 Client Commitment forms and payment information.
 
 
Six Week Total Body Clean Up Challenge (starts Sunday, January 7)
The purpose of this challenge is to challenge you to ditch some unhealthy nutrition habits in order to kickstart a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle and to keep you on track to maximize your fitness results! You can invite family and friends to participate in this challenge as well.  If you are a 2023 client who signs up for one of the below programs, you can join the challenge for FREE! RESPOND and let me know if you would like to participate in the challenge!!! If you are not ready to sign up for a training program yet, I highly encourage you to sign up for this challenge.
 
 
In-Person Training
  • Clients will receive eight in-person strength training sessions per month with Coach T.
  • Client will follow a progressive overload schedule.
  • You must complete your goal setting tracking sheet.
  • You must complete cardio on your own time!!!  You can complete your cardio at Trifecta Fitness Studio.
 
Hybrid Training Program  
  • Time Commitment:  6 Month Program
  • You must complete your goal setting tracking sheet.
  • Required to do the following check-ins: 
    1. Weekly touch base check-ins via text/email
    2. Detailed check-in every 4-6 weeks 
    3. Weight/measurements reported every 4-6 weeks
    4. Coach T will assess client's progress every 4-6 weeks
  • Clients will receive four in-person training sessions per month with Coach T.
  • Coach T will distribute a full training program to include detailed strength training AND cardio to be completed by the client on a weekly basis.
  • You must have a gym membership or gym equipment to participate in this program!!!
 
Virtual Training Program  (Offered in personal training or nutrition)
  • Time Commitment:  6 Month Program
  • You must complete your goal setting tracking sheet.
  • Required to do the following check-ins: 
  1. Weekly touch base check-ins via text/email
  2. Detailed check-in every 4-6 weeks 
  3. Weight/measurements reported every 4-6 weeks
  4. Coach T will assess client's progress every 4-6 weeks
